FREEDOMS' MEMORIAL This day is set aside            to honor those                     who took the chance to die. But they have died in vain            if we ever forget                     the reason why. Freedom can be like time            slipping away                     before we even know. But we all have the choice            more, a duty                     to battle freedoms' foe. Let us give thanks this day            to all those brave                     who paid the highest cost. Not take it for granted            and realize                     it easily could be lost.

Peace hard to find in this world of serge,
as we search for inner peace.

Terror caused by the evil persons mind,
as fear strikes innocent peoples minds,
turning their happiness into sadness due an evil persons madness.

Peace turns into violence as we search for silence,
so this world would change for the good of mankind,
hoping for a ray to come in the day of heavy rain,
for violence to vanish in the rain and peace to come in form of the ray.

To be a mom takes guts, fortitude and patience
It takes courage, love and strength
Some times being a mom means carrying a child behind your heart
Some times being a mom means carrying somebody in your heart

Its a spiritual birth meant for those who have learned to love
Sometimes its given to those who've found this strength

Some people think motherhood is a physical action. I don't
To be a REAL mom takes heartfelt action and sometimes inaction

Lord, help me be a better mom today. Help me be involved, loving and responsive to the needs of my child.

Today I want to thank the moms out there who have been there for me in my own process and growth.
